The right price
We look at regional real estate market trends, inventory levels, and turnover rates, as well as what’s going on in your neighborhood and even on your street! We look at comparable properties that are currently listed as well as what recent sales have brought. We will also look at your assessed value to see how our recommended list price compares.
Sometimes this is the most difficult part of getting your home sold, especially if you will be living there during the listing period. Buyers want to visualize how their lives will work in your home. Some buyers can look past your pictures and knick-knacks; others can’t. You want to present a clean, up to date and well-maintained home. We will help you decide whether it makes sense to put in new kitchen cabinets or not, if you should pull up the carpets and put down hardwood, or any number of other considerations, balancing the return on investment with the cost of improvements. Negotiate the deal

We will keep all parties “in contract” as we go through the contingencies of the Purchase and Sales Agreement and get to the closing. We will come up with solutions to any issues that may arise, for example, a problem with the property inspection. Together we can determine the best way to handle it.
